Super Bowl

We had our 3rd annual super-bowl party. This year we called it our "break the fast and the sabbath" super-bowl party (because it was on fast sunday) It was a lot of fun even though we didn't get the outcome we wanted!

The Super Bowl from a 3 year olds perspective

Ali's idea of a "SUPER BOWL" party was a little different than the rest of the world. Sunday morning we woke up and I was getting a few things ready and she said "mom, what are you doing?" I said "I'm getting ready for dad's super bow party" Ali gasped "ah, A SUPER BOWL PARTY?" I said, "Yep! so hurry and get ready for church." After church people started coming over, she was all excited about the party and she went in to my kitchen and grabbed a "super bowl" and said "LETS HAVE THE SUPER BOWL PARTY NOW!" I'm not quite sure what she thought we were going to do with the "super" bowl but as far as she understood there would have to be a "super bowl" involved right?

There was a time I wondered if they would ever get along!! I sure am glad they have started to figure things out!

Well I guess you could say that Cooper is like the owl on the tootsie-pop commercial! It takes "ah-one, ah-two, ah-three. Three licks to get to the center of the tootsie-pop!"

He pushed the stool over to my 'junk drawer' and got a sucker out. I tried to take it away before he opened it but then gave up! Then I swear 3 licks later it was gone!!

Cruise

The FUN

These were taken on formal night. It was a lot of fun getting dressed up. Dinner was always AWESOME!! Our first stop was Puerto Villarta. We hung out on the beach, played football and went to the zip line. Next we went to Mazatlan. There we got to go to a private resort and played sand volleyball, football, and I went skim boarding (i think thats what its called). and the 3rd stop was Cabo . . . I could do a whole week here. . . .except things were a little more expensive. But oooh Lovers Beach was gorgeous!!! Loved it! The days flew by!! But they were jam packed with fun!

SO I won a Karaoke contest and got to play the part of Aretha Franklin in front of the whole ship. It's a good thing there were lights in my face so I couldn't see how many people were in the audience!! It was a lot of fun though!!

ALI was really excited to see us! But I think she had a lot of fun staying with all of her cousins!! Thank you to everyone who made this trip possible!! Mom, Laureelee, Jessica, & Cathy! And Also to Pinnacle (or at least Dave) for the whole trip! You sure know how to VACATION!!

Mexican Riviera Cruise

THE SHIP

For some reason I could not get the video that we made of the cruise to work on here so I am just going to have to live with the pictures! I'm just bummed because the video was pretty sweet and I worked really hard on it!!!

The Ship: The Ship was awesome. . . We spent 4 days on it, and we never got bored! There were activities every second! Pools w/ waterslides, Jacuzzis, big screen with football games. . .( I thought we were getting away from all of that!!) Goofy golfing, men's hairy chest competition, Karaoke contests, a basketball court, and of course late night mafia games, and the FOOD. How could we get bored? OH! and the view! I wish I could have gotten pics of the dolphins we could see jumping in the ocean. It was absolutely wonderful!!
