HOW MANY LICKS DOES IT TAKE
TO GET TO THE CENTER OF A TOOTSIE-POP?
Well I guess you could say that Cooper is like the owl on the tootsie-pop commercial! It takes "ah-one, ah-two, ah-three. Three licks to get to the center of the tootsie-pop!" He pushed the stool over to my 'junk drawer' and got a sucker out. I tried to take it away before he opened it but then gave up! Then I swear 3 licks later it was gone!!
